I was shocked to hear today of Sean's death - I missed the announcement at the time. I first met Sean when he joined Arm and set up shop in the Maidenhead office. I chatted with him quite a bit and worked with him a little in the early stages of Vithar. We both remained based away from Cambridge so tended to meet up intermittently, but surprisingly often, and always had a chat - he was fantastically approachable and had such a wide range of interests. My deepest sympathies to his family - the world feels a poorer place tonight.
